By Aurora / Bowens bayonet our Daylight 250S is compatible with many light modifiers from our range. The sturdy metal reflector enables precise light guidance and provides additional protection. Just off the lamp through or reflective screen can be mounted on a recess on the reflector, thus the light is almost centrally pooled by the screen. Due to the number of usable light shapers our robust daylight lamp for portrait and product photography is equally suitable. The light source also generates very little heat, making unpleasant heat, even in continuous operation, is prevented.

Continuous light in the application
Continuous light sources are ideal for photographers and videographers, because they allow a direct assessment of the light and throw the light intensity. Constant light also can be easily integrated in other light colors, or in artificial and natural light sources, as the photographer or videographer is able that ratio to ambient light flexibly adapt.

For beginners continuous light is very well suited, because continuous light can easily assess its effect. The artist is here to work dynamically and playfully in the situation and to concentrate fully on the "light setting". Shooting with the aperture wide open as portraits, still lifes and atmospheric dynamic video sequences can be easily implemented.

Color fidelity and light shapers
Daylights generate a bright white light, similar to daylight. Through a CRI value of 83 and a color temperature of about 5400 Kelvin our Daylights ensure excellent color reproduction. To model the light of the situation accordingly, there are a number of light modifiers that provide the desired effect depending on the situation for our Daylights. The lamps are not adjustable in intensity, so we have developed with several lamps in systems a step-based solution that can be connected or disconnected with what lights when required.

Illuminance
Fluorescent lamps are much more efficient than conventional light bulbs, the wattage says little about the actual luminous efficacy. Therefore, the performance of our Daylights is given in lumens (lm), Lux and as a comparative value to conventional incandescent lamps.

E27
The daylight spiral lamps our Daylights are designed so that they can be screwed into a standard E27 socket. About special E27 sockets also have the option to fix the structure on a tripod.
